Crystal Grove sees the light of day….

I’ve kept this freeform piece under wraps for far too long & think it’s time for it to see the light of day – Crystal Grove is a special favourite of mine because it was inspired in a remote forest reserve where I often go for solace and inspiration which influenced the colours, textures and mood of this composition. A combination of delicate to vibrant green shades & edged with pale green artificial crystal beads give this piece a mystical look & feel – closure is a large hook & eye at top neckline.

A truly unique, one of a kind garment – I hope you like it…

3 step Summer Shrug

This little number is the easiest garment you’ll ever make – it is worked by size not number of stitches & as with all my recent patterns I like to think that even the most basic beginner will be able to have a go & make something other than a crochet square

The pattern is in both UK & US terminology with stitch drawings & diagrams & because it’s such an easy pattern to read, it will help the beginner gain confidence reading & understanding other patterns – for the more experienced it’s a quick garment to knock over in a few hours

I just know you’ll love this pattern & use it over & over again… Renate

Sandstone poncho/wrap pattern

The Sandstone poncho/wrap pattern includes instructions for the basic mesh stitch pattern, Off-set puff stitch & tassel.
Although I give  instructions in written (both UK & US terminology) &  diagram, I consider this pattern as  basically freeform/freestyle.
Your choice of yarn/yarns, buttons, beads &/or  other embellishments, the size hook used, your combination of stitches, working your foundation chain length/width wise, will determine the look of your finished project
Experiment & have fun with this dead easy basic freeform/freestyle pattern…..
