Terms & conditions of sale:

All my prices are AUD (Australian dollars)

I use Australia Post for shipping

Processing time: Wherever possible, orders are shipped the next business day

Estimated delivery times: I’ll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time is dependent on Australia Post.

  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-10 business day
  • North America: 10-18 business days
  • Europe: 10-18 business days

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays or costs due to customs.

Digital downloads have no shipping costs & are non-refundable once downloaded.

File delivery: Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Payment options: PayPal: click Pay with PayPal. You will be taken to a PayPal page for that purchase. If you do not want to sign up for a PayPal account, you will see Secure options to pay with a credit card or a bank account on checkout. After payment, you will be redirected to your purchase order.

Your privacy is important to me. I don’t personally store any of your details, I access them via PayPal to fill your order (a name and full and correct postal address to send the order to) and will communicate with you only about your current order, or in response to your request for customer service, information, or support. I never have access to your payment and financial details, PayPal only notifiy me when I have a paid order from you. Your email address, name, or telephone number are not stored in a data base by me and are not disclosed to third parties.

Returns & exchanges: I gladly accept returns and cancellations. Please request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase. Please contact me within: 7 days of delivery for returns & send items back within: 30 days of delivery for refund

I don’t accept exchanges: But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

What can’t be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
